The main Table Games course begins with general card handling skills such as spreading and shuffling followed by chip handling skills including chip cutting and splashing.
The first game students will learn is Blackjack. Blackjack will take the most time to learn because it includes all of the necessary dealing skills that will be used in every other game as well. Skills such as paying and taking bets, Blackjack 3 to 2 payouts, card placement, rack management, handling player buy-ins and communicating with floor supervisors, “walking” the game for game security and much more.
After this portion of the course is complete it becomes much easier to move on to learn other Blackjack variations, side bets and table games. Other popular games include Spanish 21, Free Bet Blackjack, Single Deck and Double Deck Pitch, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat and more. Students will also learn other game-specific skills such as calculating commission for Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker payouts as well as general Poker Hand Rankings used in all poker games.

The main Table Games course costs $1,500 and requires a $300 down payment with weekly payment options. Students can expect to finish this course in 60-90 days on average. Students must be 21 years of age to enroll. Students may attend any time during school hours and learn at their own pace. Students who complete this course can return at any time in the future to practice their skills free of charge.
